Digital Growth Farm ("DGF", "we", "us") is a Canadian sole proprietorship providing AI visibility and website services to businesses. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer an AI Visibility service (one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer) and Website services (one-time, scope-based fee, with optional monthly maintenance). The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Setup and one-time fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts - you may cancel any monthly service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed work.
AI engines and search platforms are operated by third parties and change without notice. We use proven, current methods and report progress transparently every month, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, placement, or revenue outcome.
You confirm that the business information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to authorize work on your business's digital presence. You remain responsible for your own website, accounts, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (website files, content) belong to you. Our internal tools, processes, and know-how remain ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Either party may end a monthly engagement with notice before the next billing date. We may decline or terminate service for abusive conduct, unlawful use, or non-payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.
